The Experimental Food Society is a new organisation bringing together the UK’s most talented culinary creatives.
On the 25th September the Spectacular took place and Love to Cake was there. Our exhibits included a life size Gorilla cake, Floating Hedge cakes and throughout the day Louise Hill sculpted a sea turtle cake while the masses of East London looked on...
Other exhibitors include food landscape photographer Carl Warner, jelly mongers Bompas and Parr, butter sculptor Simon Smith, chocolate sculptor Paul Wayne Gregory and many, many more foodies.
