Each exclusive cake sculpture is handmade using lovely fresh ingredients. We use delicious butter icing, chocolate and sponge with no need for marzipan or thick hard icing. We only use Fair Trade sugar, Free Range eggs and Organic milk in our cakes. When choosing your design it is useful to think about the number of guests you will need to feed, the theme for your party and ideas that will mean something personal to the recipient.
