The Experimental Food Society is a new organisation bringing together the UK’s most talented culinary creatives.

On the 25th September the Spectacular exhibition took place and Love to Cake was there. Our exhibits included a life size Gorilla cake, Floating Hedge cakes and throughout the day Louise Hill sculpted a sea turtle cake which made it into The Independent online.
